The most important thing to keep in mind is that we have to be mindful of our energy. How are we going to show up to the moment? Are we going to show up at our best? Are we going to show up tired? Are we goingt to show up at all. Some days, our demons get the better of us. Some days we get the upper hand. The most important thing is to keep a clean and focused mind. The next important thing is to maage your energy. Do not do things that do not serve you. Save all of your energy for what you need to do. DO not waste. Because you have 24 hours in a day and the more energy you spend on fruitless endeavors, the less energy goes towards what you really want to do. The things that give you the breath of life, not just simply exhisting.
Workout Structure
Keep your mind engaged. Proper dynamic warmup in the beginning. Keep it structured by the half hour or hour.
